Founded by LaRita Francois, MBA, a workforce development and organizational strategy consultant with more than 20 years of experience, the firm specializes in bridging the gap between vision and execution. Through strategic consulting, workforce development, leadership development, and implementation support, we help organizations build stronger systems, develop people, and achieve measurable, lasting results.
Our approach is informed by more than two decades of experience designing, implementing, and leading workforce development initiatives that prepare individuals for employment while helping organizations achieve measurable results. This experience includes 16 years as the Founder & Executive Director of Take the Lead NOLA, where LaRita developed and led workforce development, education, leadership, and youth initiatives that served individuals, schools, and communities throughout the Greater New Orleans area. Today, that experience serves as the foundation for the practical, implementation-focused solutions we provide to our clients.
We partner with nonprofits, educational institutions, workforce agencies, government entities, businesses, and community-based organizations to design, strengthen, and implement programs that create meaningful impact.
